During this Summer subscription, you will enjoy 5 weeks of blooms delivered every other week! All flowers are grown & harvested here at our family farm in Moran, KS. There really are no flowers quite like local flowers and the joy they bring! Summer blooms include zinnias, sunflowers, snapdragons, basil, and more! Each bouquet will include a jar. This subscription will begin in Summer 2023.

*Subscription start time is weather dependent, however I expect the beginning of July for a start time! All deliveries will be made Saturday morning/early afternoon to your front door. Emails will be sent out to let you know when pickups will begin!

***Summer Subscription Terms and Conditions***

By purchasing a summer blooms subscription from Little Osage Farms, for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms & conditions as the recipient.

Payment for Flower Subscription

I understand that once I sign up and pay for my membership in full, I have secured my place in the 2023 summer subscription for flower bouquets.

There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of my Little Osage Farms flower subscription once purchased. Members may choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of the season’s share, and the share ownership will be transferred to the alternate person. The alternate person will pay the original shareholder directly. If a subscription is transferred to an alternate person, the flower bouquet will be delivered to the address of the original subscriber and the alternate person is responsible for pickup at the original address on file.

Start Dates for Flower Subscription

I understand that the start date of each flower subscription share is flexible, based on seasonal conditions and product availability. I am aware that Little Osage Farms will communicate via email to inform all members of updates and the official start date, and that it is my responsibility to contact Little Osage Farms via email at littleosagefarms21@gmail.com if I am not receiving notifications near the projected subscription start date.

Delivery of Flower Subscription

I understand that my flower bouquet will be delivered every other week to the home address provided. If I am out of town or unable to receive my bouquet for any reason, I understand that it is my responsibility to find a substitute to collect my flower bouquet. If I am unable to receive my bouquet, the bouquet will be delivered to the address on file and I will entitle a friend to pick up the bouquet at my address. I understand that if my share may not be delivered on the designated day, within the designated time, I forfeit that share and that it will be donated at the discretion of the farmer. I will not receive credit or a refund for any shares that I cannot receive.

Pick up time parameters are set for the entirety of the season. I agree to not sign up for the flower subscription knowing that I am not available during the designated day & time.

Splitting my Subscription

I may coordinate the splitting of my subscription with another individual. I understand that Little Osage Farms does not facilitate such arrangements, and does not coordinate special payment on split shares. I will make all arrangements myself for collecting payment from the individual with whom I am splitting my share. Little Osage Farms will only deliver to the address of the primary subscriber, pick up arrangements must be made between the two subscribers.

Vacation

If I am out of town, I understand I am responsible for sending someone in my place to collect my share at the address provided.

Sharing the Risk

I understand that as a member of the Little Osage Farms Summer Blooms Subscription, I share in both the bounty and the risks of farming. I understand that the risks include poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as fire, flood, or drought. ***In the event that Little Osage Farms experiences a complete loss of all crops and is unable to fulfill the 5 bouquets, the subscriber will be refunded per bouquet not fulfilled.***

Communication

I understand that email is how Little Osage Farms communicates updates and changes. By signing up for the summer subscription, I understand that I will be added to the email list, and I agree to add littleosagefarms21@gmail.com to my email contacts.

Little Osage Farms will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to our e-mails going to your Spam folder or Promotions tab. I will notify the farm immediately if I do not receive an e-mail receipt of my payment or my emails.
